This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Community Carer at Brunelcare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Work closely with the Team Leader and share on-call responsibilities to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred support plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and families.
- Support with administrative tasks, including setting up support plans and liaising with other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate care professional who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support. As a Senior Community Carer, you will have:
Experience working in the care sector, with a strong understanding of person-centred care principles.Previous line management responsibilities, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.A Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.Access to a vehicle for work and a full driving licence.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.What We OfferAs a Senior Community Carer at Brunelcare, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
