About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO on a 12-month fixed-term basis. As the first point of contact for the CEO's diary and availability, you will be responsible for managing a complex and ever-changing schedule with internal and external demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's diary and availability, ensuring optimal scheduling and coordination of meetings, travel, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including preparing documents, researching topics, and responding to enquiries on their behalf.
  • Coordinate logistical planning, including room bookings, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle general administration tasks, such as expenses and financial management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including parliamentary individuals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Suite executive, with a strong track record of problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior individuals and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
