About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Flint branch in North Wales and Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for using your sales skills to grow a recruitment desk across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business with new and existing clients through effective relationship-building and tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Servicing clients by fulfilling their recruitment needs, sourcing and vetting candidates, and matching them to suitable job opportunities.
  • Registering candidates in line with procedural, legislative, and customer requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within a similar sector or role.
  • Excellent sales skills, with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative to drive results.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
