About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a flexible bank shift basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of empathy and respect.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and ongoing professional development.
