We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Optical Express, the UK and Ireland's leading provider of laser eye surgery and premium intraocular lens treatment. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our state-of-the-art treatment centre.

**Salary:** £35,000 per annum, based on 40 hours per week, making this a highly competitive offer in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering world-class patient care. You will work alongside our expert Ophthalmologists as part of our refractive and cataract surgery multidisciplinary teams, performing a variety of tasks including:

  • Laser Vision Correction - Scrub
  • Intraocular Lens (Cataract) - Scrub
  • Anaesthetic assistant
  • Pre-operative assessments
  • Undertake pre-screening diagnostic duties
  • Discharge patients with after-care advice and medications
  • Medicines management
