HR Business Partner

At H9 Human Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, driving HR initiatives, and managing employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and coaching to employees.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
