Job Title: Divisional Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a Divisional Director to lead our Metrology Division. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing our team of experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in senior management meetings to contribute to strategic decisions and report on division performance.
  • Manage key relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure a close working relationship.
  • Oversee the management of key suppliers and ensure technical expertise is available within the business for project consultation.
  • Lead the division towards meeting the overall growth targets of the company through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strategically manage and develop the business units within the Metrology Division, including CMM Inspection Products and Inspection Services.

What You Will Bring:

  • A commercial and technical background, preferably within the metrology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, departments, and budgets effectively.
  • A good commercial awareness or sales, key account management, and general business acumen.
