Homecare Support Worker

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Homecare Support Worker to join our team in Abercynon and surrounding areas. This is a rewarding role that requires you to have a driving license and access to a vehicle for work.

As a Homecare Support Worker with us, you'll be supporting clients with personal care, including continence support, washing, dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.

Your companionship, reassurance, and kindness will bring joy and safety to the lives of those you care for. You'll work part-time or full-time shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights, usually having every other weekend off for work-life balance.

We offer competitive pay, estimated at around £19-22 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You'll also receive enhanced bank holiday rates, guaranteed hours, holiday pay, and pension scheme benefits.
