We're seeking a Senior Regional Manager to join our rapidly growing Rail Division, covering the Wales region. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the division's growth and ensure we exceed client expectations on safety, quality, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the strategic objectives of the Rail division.
  • Leading the implementation of best practices, including the most appropriate use of plant and equipment.
  • Inspiring safety excellence throughout the region.
  • Contract negotiation with new and existing clients.
  • Reporting to the Operations Director and other stakeholders on safety, profitability, and operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in the rail industry as a contract manager is essential, and experience of vegetation clearance projects would be beneficial.
  • Significant experience in an operational role coupled with P&L management.
  • A proven track record of building client relationships and demonstrating where you have developed these to win new business opportunities.
