About the Role:
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor (HGV) to join our team at Consult2Recruit's Tamworth branch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting and securing parts sales, collaborating with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve evaluating local market conditions, working closely with van drivers to ensure timely deliveries, and contributing to meeting customer service level agreements and KPIs. To succeed in this position, you'll need commercial truck and trailer parts knowledge, excellent communication skills, telephone skills, computer proficiency, customer service expertise, and a strong understanding of health and safety principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls to promote and secure parts sales
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet monthly sales, margin, and contribution targets
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding head office and local customer service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service to local and national customers to encourage repeat business
- Help build a customer base and promote truck and trailer services
- Work with the parts team to meet sales and delivery targets, including over-the-counter sales
- Evaluate local market conditions and identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with van drivers to ensure timely deliveries
