We are seeking a Principal Architectural Technologist to join our team at Grove Developments. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical drawing packages from concept to completion.

You will work closely with our architectural design team to ensure that all technical aspects of projects are met. Your duties will include implementing project plans for BIM delivery, ensuring all items are delivered on time, and coordinating with sub-consultants.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Developing and implementing technical strategies for projects
  • Collaborating with sub-consultants on material and construction systems
  • Writing and collating NBS specifications
  • Reviewing drawings and documentation with sub-consultants

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A recognised degree in Architectural Technology
  • Registration with CIAT
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an Architectural Practice
  • Full proficiency using Revit and Navisworks
  • UK experience is essential, with in-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and current BIM Standards
