SEMH Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a Psychology graduate to join our team as a SEMH Teaching Assistant in a thriving primary school in Waterloo, Lambeth. This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them thrive academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with SEMH on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Run targeted intervention sessions to boost pupils' academic and emotional development
  • Work closely with a supportive team of SENCo, Psychologists, and Therapists
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree in Psychology from a top UK university
  • Passion for supporting children with SEMH and enhancing their emotional and academic wellbeing
