About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Colleague to join our team at Tesco Newmarket Extra. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Be responsible for handling products with care, maintaining quality, and ensuring they reach customers in the best condition.
