* Support, coach and mentor your team to ensure they are equipped to provide an exceptional guest experience
* Work closely with the General Manager to create and deliver a vision for the pub
* Ensure standards and compliance are maintained in the General Manager's absence
* Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
