Job Title: Senior Practitioner - Vulnerable Children Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team in Strood. The successful candidate will work with vulnerable children and young people, providing high-quality assessments, SMART plans, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people.
• Participate in effective partnership working and engagement with various organisations.
• Manage a complex caseload with focused, analytical assessments and SMART plans.
• Work with children and families in diverse and complex contexts.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in social work.
• Current Social Work England registration.
• Significant frontline experience in Children's Services.
• Expertise in complex situations and relationship-based practice.
