- Provide "Smart Hands" support when working under the instruction of a Senior Engineer.
- Uphold production quality, workmanship, and housekeeping standards.
- Implement and adhere to safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) policies.
- Keep company-provided tools and equipment in excellent condition for safe operations.
- Follow client-specific protocols on-site.
- Capability to upgrade server-based platforms, NVRs, and Windows OS.
- Experience in commissioning CCTV systems and willingness to pursue CITMA accreditation.
- Knowledgeable about IP infrastructure and protocols.
- Ability to read diagrams and schematics.
- Ability to install, terminate, test, and maintain all types of security systems, including CCTV, CEM, and Paxton products.
- Milestone Technician level one holder.
- Pc literate to update, install, and network changes.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Minimum of three years' experience of working within a similar role.
- 23 days' holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave.
