Job Summary:

Gryaab AB is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining broadband and TV services, resolving faults, and optimizing speed for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure broadband and TV services for residential and commercial customers
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with broadband and TV services
  • Optimize broadband speed and performance for customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Full manual driving license
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications and networking principles
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
