About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales Designer to join our team at Industria Personnel Services Ltd. As a Sales Designer, you will be responsible for designing and selling Hammonds fitted bedrooms, offices, understairs, and lounge furniture to customers in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and sell Hammonds fitted furniture to customers, creating a 3D render using the latest CAD software to help them visualize their new space.
  • Work closely with the Divisional Sales Manager and CRM system to focus on the design and sales process.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and create personalized design solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
  • Passionate about design and sales.
  • Customer-centric attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and interested in personal development.
  • Previous experience in sales or design is desirable.
  • Able to provide own transport and hold a UK driving license.
