Key Account Coordinator

Clymac is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Coordinator to join our team. As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our major clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development, working closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing and up-to-date CRM records.
- Attend client meetings, taking minutes and ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a Key Account Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Good commercial understanding and awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional with excellent communication, administration, and people skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
