This exciting opportunity is ideal for a skilled Client Relationship Manager looking to take on a challenging role in account management and project delivery within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, supporting client communications, and delivering high-quality client-facing materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong client relationships by working closely with senior team members.
  • Support client communications, gathering requirements and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Create high-quality client-facing materials, such as reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, ensuring effective scheduling, prioritization, and task management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, meeting client expectations and staying within scope.
  • Rfine operational processes to support scalability and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and preparing project-related materials.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients and team members.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts across PPC (performance), SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
