Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a visible presence within the store to deter potential security threats.
- Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to any security incidents.
- Completing reports and documenting any security-related activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries in a professional manner.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses excellent communication and customer service skills. You will have a strong sense of professionalism and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
You will also need to possess a valid SIA Licence and have a full five-year checkable employment history.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, as well as a contributory pension scheme, free parking, and discounted food and drink when on duty. You will also have access to training and development opportunities to help you progress in your career.
Working Hours
The successful candidate will be required to work on average 30-40 hours per week, with shifts as per site rota. This will include working on a 4 on 4 off basis, Monday to Saturday 14:00-22:00 and Sunday 10:00-16:00.
