Machine Shop Precision Grinder Specialist

Job Overview: As a key member of our Machine Shop team, you will be responsible for grinding large complex components using flat bed grinding and surface grinding techniques. You will work closely with the Machine Shop Manager to ensure that all parts are produced to the highest standards and delivered on time.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. They will also have a good understanding of engineering drawings and be able to interpret them accurately.
