Your Responsibilities

Your Qualifications
  • A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare is essential.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience working within a Day Nursery setting.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and supporting teams, inspiring and motivating others.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted regulatory standards.
