About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Technologist to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining product specifications for retail and non-retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain product specifications for retail and non-retail customers
  • Manage a specification technologist to help develop their skills and career
  • Be a key contact for artwork and specification queries across the business
  • Ensure legal requirements are met and retailer codes of practice are complied with

We are looking for an individual with a background in food manufacturing and specification writing who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will be working office hours from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working arrangement that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
