Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Controller of Corporate Finance to join our team at NatWest Group. The successful candidate will lead a team, establish strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders, and ensure the integrity of financial information.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial control strategies to ensure the integrity of financial information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain awareness of changes in policy and legislation
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Monitor data analysis and consolidation for external reporting
Requirements
  • Hold a professional accountancy qualification and have experience in a financial services environment
  • Experience leading a team and motivating individuals to achieve high performance
  • In-depth knowledge of interlinked financial systems and accounting procedures
  • The ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
