About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our Children in Care team. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children living with relatives, friends, foster families, or in children's homes and semi-independent units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children and young people in achieving their goals and aspirations
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children and their families
  • Conduct regular visits, assessments, and care plan reviews
  • Prepare reports and attend court as required
