We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Lea Surgery. This is an excellent opportunity for a Salaried General Practitioner to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients, working closely with our experienced team of GPs and healthcare professionals.
This is a fixed-term salaried position, ideal for a newly qualified GP looking to gain experience and develop their skills in a busy primary care setting.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality medical care to our patients, including surgery consultations, e-consultations, telephone triage, and home visits.
- Develop care plans for health in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols.
- Assess the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
- Admit or discharge patients to and from the caseload and refer them to other care providers as appropriate.
- A Medical Practitioner registered with the GMC.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and efficiently with colleagues and patients.
- Demonstrable experience of providing high-quality medical care in a primary care setting.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to best practices recommended through clinical guidelines and audit processes.
