Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer to join our team at Surge Group. As a Graduate Engineer, you will work closely with project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
* Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.

**Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
