We are seeking a highly skilled maths graduate to join our team at an Ofsted-rated 'Good' secondary school in Barking & Dagenham. As a supportive and dynamic member of our staff, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their best through targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver focused 1:1 and small group support as a maths graduate
  • Aid students with varying SEND needs both in and out of the classroom, enhancing attainment and progression
  • Collaborate with teachers to support the maths GCSE and A-Level curriculum
  • Build a positive learning environment and confidently address behaviour management requirements

Key Requirements:

  • First-Class maths graduate from a top 20 UK university with an A/A* at A-Level maths
  • Previous experience in a child-based setting with a strong approach to SEND support
  • Confident in handling classroom dynamics and behaviour management

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
