At Service Care Solutions, we are seeking an exceptional Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts. This is a pivotal role that will drive the development and implementation of innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will challenge you to design and deliver strategic recruitment services that meet current and future skill needs. You will be responsible for establishing recruitment standards, frameworks, and tools that align with organisational goals, including competencies and question banks.

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead, you will also develop and implement inclusive recruitment training programs to ensure a diverse and talented workforce. Your key objective will be to drive recruitment strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee a strong talent pipeline aligned with workforce plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver strategic recruitment services to meet current and future skill needs.
  • Establish recruitment standards, frameworks, and tools that align with organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement inclusive recruitment training programs to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Drive recruitment strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes.
  • Analyse data insights to refine recruitment practices and improve performance and outcomes.
  • Anticipate and address skill shortages by leading proactive market engagement and shaping talent attraction strategies.
  • Oversee senior leadership recruitment to ensure a smooth, high-quality process.
  • Manage supplier contracts for recruitment services to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree (RQF Level 6) with a CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Strategic vision with expertise in process improvement, change management, and programme management.
  • Technical knowledge of recruitment methodologies, talent attraction, and current recruitment technologies.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.
