As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our care team to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating carers to ensure the highest delivery of care
  • Dispensing medication in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Providing support to new members of staff to ensure a smooth transition
  • Delivering high-quality personal care, social interaction, and stimulation to residents
  • Promoting independence and enablement, and providing support to residents as needed
  • Developing relationships with relatives to understand their needs and preferences

We are looking for someone who is kind, caring, and passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will be a team player with a positive approach, and you will be energetic and hard-working. Ideally, you will have an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be interested in completing the qualification.
