The Job Description
  • As a Mobile Maintenance Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of a portfolio of commercial sites across Manchester, Bolton, Morecambe, and surrounding areas.
  • You will work closely with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Covering scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, PAT testing, and other multi-skilled maintenance duties.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.

About You

  • To succeed in this role, you must have a recognized electrical qualification at NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds.
  • A minimum of 17th edition electrical qualification is also essential.
  • Experience working in a similar role and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations are crucial.

Benefits

  • This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday, bank holidays, a van for personal use, and a fuel card.
