Job Title: Executive Chef
Akari Care Careers is seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in one of our award-winning homes. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality food and personalized service.
About the Role:
- Create menus that cater to individual needs, religious, and cultural backgrounds
- Prepare and present outstanding quality, wholesome, and nutritious meals
- Coach a team to develop ideas and implement them as part of their personal development
- Work collaboratively with the extended care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene practices
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, staff, and external partners
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident experiences
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
