About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled maintenance engineer to join our team at Innovate, a world-leading tech and engineering talent company.

We are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance to work in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working in a multi-skilled or electrically biased maintenance engineer role, with at least 2-3 years of site-based or field-based experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Performing planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
  • Installation works and corrective measures
  • Working on large-scale, capital production equipment
  • PLC knowledge, specifically Allen Bradley and Siemens S7
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.
Requirements
  • Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
  • Multi-skilled or electrically biased maintenance engineer background
  • At least 2-3 years of site-based or field-based experience
  • Experience of working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • PLC knowledge, specifically Allen Bradley and Siemens S7
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.
