About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Counter Sales Assistant/Driver to join our team at SIG Roofing Hastings Branch. As a key member of our sales and delivery team, you will provide exceptional customer service, process customer orders, and make local deliveries while maintaining a clean and organized trade counter area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and replenish trade counter stocks
  • Provide support to our warehouse team during peak periods
  • Maintain a clean and organized trade counter area
  • Deliver customer orders to a schedule and work to timescales
  • Engage with customers and build relationships using excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the construction or roofing industry
