At Curve Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled M&E Supervisor to join our expanding team in the UK.

About the Role

This key position involves overseeing the progress of M&E installation works on-site, ensuring quality control, compliance with safety regulations, and meeting contractual deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to M&E site teams to maintain high standards of work.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments throughout the project and upon completion.
  • Liaise with project managers to address issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Hold toolbox talks with labour teams.
  • Maintain close working relationships with sub-contractors and internal teams.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid CSCS Card and SSSTS qualification.
  • Time-served apprenticeship or relevant Mechanical/Electrical qualifications.
  • Experience in supervising M&E teams on projects up to £2m.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and their installation methods.
  • Good people management and motivational skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Capability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize workloads.
