Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging activities to promote child development and learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Ensure the welfare, protection, health, and safety of children, and promote safeguarding practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or similar setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements.
