Support Worker in Norfolk

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with disabilities, be confident in personal care tasks, and have a flexible approach to work.
About the Role:The successful candidate will work closely with a 10-year-old girl with CTNNB1 syndrome, providing support and assistance with her daily needs. This includes attending to her food and personal hygiene needs, engaging in playtime activities, and building a strong bond with her.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide support and assistance to the child
- To maintain a safe and clean environment for the child
- To communicate effectively with the child's mother
- First Aid Training
- Able to lift the child (5 stone)
- Flexible approach to work (especially on weekends)
Monday: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Weekend day: 3 hours (to be arranged)
Salary and Benefits:£12 per hour
Equivalent to 5.6 consecutive weeks of annual holiday entitlement
