We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic dietitian to join our Nutrition and Dietetics team at South London and Maudsley NHS Trust. As a Community Dietitian, you will play a key role in delivering a service as part of the Intermediate Care Team and Diabetes Team, providing dietary treatment to support the prevention and management of physical health conditions in patients with mental health diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver the SLaM weight management programme and general dietetic care in outpatient clinics to community SLaM patients.
- Provide an inpatient dietetic service to service users across the age range admitted to Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU), Acute and rehab wards.
- HCPC registered.
- Dietetics degree or equivalent.
- In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
