Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician to join our team at our facility based near Crewe. As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot automated production systems.
  2. Conduct tests to evaluate performance of automated systems.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance on automated systems.
  4. Assist with the development of training materials for other technicians.

Requirements

  1. The Automation Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial automation systems.
  2. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience in the fields of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics.
  3. The Automation Technician must have a solid understanding of industrial processes and be able to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
