Assistant Store Manager

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sandro. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the tracking and monitoring of business results to ensure the store is meeting its sales targets.
- Ensure that all sales-related policies and procedures are maintained and implemented effectively.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of excellent customer service and sales performance among the sales team.
- Collaborate with the store manager to ensure that all policies and procedures are compliant and up-to-date.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising directives to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure that inventory needs are met to support business goals.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
- Ensure the integrity of payroll and the payroll process is maintained.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of each sales staff member and provide regular feedback to ensure results.
- Resolve any human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary.
Requirements
We welcome applications from individuals with a strong background in management, preferably in the premium or luxury retail industry. You should have a commercial mindset, be able to supervise and motivate a team, and be adaptable to customers and business needs.
