Project Management Opportunity

We are VINCI Facilities, a leading provider of facilities management and building solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Defence Region Project Lead to join our team.

This challenging role involves managing multiple projects with values ranging from £100k to £5mill, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation;
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, customers, and suppliers;
  • Collaborating with the supply chain to ensure seamless project delivery;
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating issues as necessary;
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civils, and hold relevant certifications, including a CSCS Card, SMSTS qualification, and Health and Safety certification (IOSH or NEBOSH).

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include additional training and development, 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, generous pension contribution, life assurance, and more.
