Job Description:

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Supply Teacher to join our team. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of SEN Schools in the Havering and Essex areas, providing inspiring lessons and ensuring the class runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive classroom environment
  • Mark work and provide constructive feedback to students
  • Teach across various stages depending on your expertise
  • Support students and create an environment where learning thrives
  • Collaborate with other staff to enhance student outcomes

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) with a PGCE or equivalent
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to get one)
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success
  • A creative approach to teaching that keeps lessons fresh and exciting
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills to maintain a positive classroom environment
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to engage students, ensuring they stay motivated
