Job Summary
ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in probate and wills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
Dealing with the administration of estates from start to finish
Preparing and applying for Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration
Completing tax forms and advising on Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, and Capital Gains Tax
Attending to house clearances and collecting in and realising assets
Distributing the estate and preparing income and distribution accounts

Requirements
Proven experience in probate and wills
Strong knowledge of tax law and mitigation strategies
Excellent communication and client service skills
