We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our new build projects. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Closely collaborate with the Pre-Construction Manager and Civils Manager to plan and execute new build projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits across the North of England to oversee construction activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction plans, drawings, and schedules.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role, preferably within the new build sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel across the North of England for regular site visits.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction software is advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £62,500 - £72,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
