Job Summary:

Marks Sattin are collaborating with an award-winning Consultancy that is currently going through some exciting growth. They are wanting to expand their Tax team in the North West by bringing in a Mixed Tax Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a key point of contact for clients regarding Tax matters.
  • Provide Tax advice to OMBs, such as corporation tax planning, R&D claims, property acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations, capital allowances, EMI option schemes and some international tax matters.
  • Provide Tax advice to business owners, including income tax planning, advising on the acquisition and disposal of businesses and properties, inheritance tax/estate planning.
  • Maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies such as HMRC while carrying out enquiries and investigations, including report writing, financial analysis and technical research.

Requirements:

  • Ideally ACA/ CTA/ ACCA Qualified or working towards.
  • Experience engaging effectively with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
