Cathay Investments Limited is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. As a leading commercial business, they offer a friendly and sociable working environment with a focus on career development.
Job OverviewThis role involves handling employee relations cases from start to finish, including dealing with grievances, capability issues, and absence management. You will also be responsible for advising managers on steps to take when dealing with HR-related matters, as well as responding to queries through a shared HR inbox.
Key Responsibilities- Lead consultations on restructuring, TUPE, and changes to terms and conditions
- Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Implement HR projects as needed
- Support the Associate HR Director in overseeing HR Apprentices/Administrators
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, with CIPD Level 5 or above being desirable. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
