Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of junior tax professionals, offering guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development.
  • Work closely with senior management to deliver strategic tax planning and advise clients on tax-efficient structures and strategies.
  • Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution of tax-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and communicate potential impacts to clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Assist in business development activities, including preparing proposals and attending networking events to promote the company's services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a CTA/ACA qualified professional with a strong Corporate Tax background within a practice environment. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
