About the Role

We're looking for a Design Manager to join our team and lead the design delivery of water treatment projects. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects that improve capacity, resilience, and groundwater abstraction.

You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary engineering team to develop and implement innovative solutions that reduce carbon, enhance natural capital, and embrace new digital technologies.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in engineering design, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in a technical role, with a strong understanding of water treatment projects and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
