About Our Care Professionals

We're looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Professionals at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing companionship, support, and care in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Professional, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, preparing meals, and promoting independence. You'll also have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our clients and their families.

What We Offer

We offer a range of benefits to our Care Professionals, including:

  • Excellent rates of pay, £13.00 - £28.00 per hour
  • Guaranteed hours contracts to fit around your lifestyle
  • Full or part-time hours available
  • Paid mileage, 30p - 45p per mile
  • Paid training and shadowing visits
  • Ongoing support from our team leaders
  • Regular team meet-ups and social events

Qualifications and Experience

No prior experience of care is required, but you'll need to have a kind, compassionate heart and a desire to make a difference. We'll provide you with all the training and support you need to succeed in this role.
